Tommaso
Our Tommaso brings the native Sangiovese grape to its full expression. The grapes for this wine come from a specific hillside on Poggio Nibbiale. They are harvested by hand and are specially selected. The terroir near the Tyrrhenian Sea on Poggio Nibbiale is clearly and unadulteratedly expressed in this flagship wine.
Our Tommaso is aged for at least 24 months in oak barrels. With its raw elegance, balanced acidity and soft tannins, it shows the character and uniqueness of this classic Italian grape variety.
